Whether inside a company or through independent initiatives, I approach products with a builder’s mindset - balancing speed, risk, and impact.

How I Think About Building Products

I believe strong products sit at the intersection of user pain, business value, and execution reality.

I approach product building the way an entrepreneur would - by treating time, resources, and user trust as scarce assets, and by caring deeply about adoption, revenue, and long-term sustainability.

A few principles that guide my work:

• Products exist to create outcomes, not features
• Start with the user’s friction - reduce cognitive, operational, and adoption barriers wherever possible
• Customer context over assumptions - decisions are grounded in real usage, not internal opinions

This mindset has helped me turn ambiguous problem spaces into structured product bets and scale 0-1 initiatives into meaningful business outcomes.
